Return and Exchange Policy

At Themomiinah, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We are devoted to providing our customers with the highest quality products and meticulously inspect each Abaya before dispatch to ensure its perfect fit and finish.

However, due to the nature of our product and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we have a strict 'No Returns or Exchange Policy' on all our Abayas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly request our customers to review their orders carefully before confirming their purchase.

We understand that buying online can sometimes be a difficult task, so we encourage our customers to contact us if they have any doubts or questions about the size or fabric of the Abaya. Our dedicated and friendly customer service team is available to assist you in making the right selection.

If there is a genuine issue with the product such as a manufacturing fault or you received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you on a case by case basis to resolve the issue.

We kindly ask you to inspect your product upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note, in such cases, proof of defect or error will be required.
